Problem to open Mails

I can see all my Mails, but when i want to open the mails it diplays only "Loading..."
After 120 sec you can see in the logs a new entry:
"05-Sep-2007 14:06:34] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in D:\ftp\www\mailcube\program\lib\imap.inc on line 132"

Whats the problem.

Does this happen to all mails you try to open? or is it just a single case email ?

A thought is that the email is rather "big", so the script timeout on the server..

You should be able to fix by adjusting max allowed execution time in php.ini ..

I can't open any Mail. The biggest mail ist around 10kb (Not MB!). Only Text!
I have changed the "max allowed execution time " from 30 to 120 sec.

Somethimn is wrong, but what

If reinstall all.

I found the error. The Mailserver (Janaserver)!
I do an update an alle function are given.
 

But now i have the next problem:

Why Roundcube will not show the "Subject", the "Sender" etc.?

Can i change anything in the "main.inc.php"?
