Imap configuration

Hi All,
I installed roundcube following all steps.
In the third step (Test config) when I test my imap configuration I receive this error:

Connecting to ssl://imapmail.libero.it...
IMAP connect:  NOT OK(Login failed for [email protected] from 151.74.61.238(X-Real-IP: 151.74.61.238). Could not connect to ssl://imapmail.libero.it:993: Connection timed out)

The configuration options I used are:
Server: ssl://imapmail.libero.it
Port: 993

I added 'ssl://' because it is suggested by the wizard, but I tried also without ssl and I get the same error
The strange thing is that the smtp test works fine.
Any assistance gratefully received.

Try using tls:// instead of ssl:// if that doesn't work its most likely a blocked by a firewall or security setting on the sever.
