I am new to roundcube...

As an intern trying I am trying  to solve an issue for my Proctor with the E Groupware/Lunar Pages paid hosting of the email and the functionality of those within the E Groupware environment that is used with Lunar Pages through E Groupqare and the possibility of someone collaborating with me to discover why NONE of the persons that use the Lunar Pages interfaces to email from can't respond to ANYONE that emails to that sponsored email client. They can send and receive, they can read the emails; to reply they have to open an new message and cut and paste the previous information into the new email.

I find it hard to understand why in the path of trying to find a fix for this issues there are no professionals within the Lunar pages that will give us an answer. I reached out to Stylite thinking that they were the partner of E-Groupware that hosts the Lunar Pages and it went to Germany, and I got a response with some suggestions as to why this issue is plaguing my Proctor. Additionally they say that my Proctor is not a client of E Groupware. The connection between E Groupware and Lunar Pages is necessary to understand why there is no way to reply to an inbox message on the Lunar Pages client that worked fine for an extended time and now does not.

Suggestions from E Groupware:
Please contact your EGroupware administrator to:
- check that the EGroupware community edition is on the latest version available
- check that email configuration is properly done. Settings are the same if you connect your emails to any desktop client, like Thunderbird or Outlook.

Even though these are acceptable solutions it doesn't give me an administrator to correspond to in order to solve the issue from which the Proctor pays a subscription fee to use the email client.

I have the need to understand how Round Cube is involved and the reason the path includes E Groupware how Lunar Pages is associated with EGroupware.

Thank you in advance for a logical, step by step solution or contact list of persons that maybe able to cure my problem.

Roundcube is a webmail client, it looks like its been integrated into the groupware product that your using. Are you paying for use of the groupware service or just for hosting which you have installed the groupware software onto?

Seems my confusion is well founded as the Proctor has been telling me of the issues   The path to Lunar Pages is preceded by .../****** /EGroupware /lunarpages/....
the director states that the EGroupware sponsors the lunar pages but they pay lunar pages for the gateway directing her emails to those she assigns credentials to. The direct usage was to stay compliant, and provide encryption to make things safe to send and receive.

So my answer would be no, I am pretty sure the director told me they use the Linux version of Round-cube (if not accurate educate me plz), and have the paid on subscription fees the gateway/interface email client of Lunar Pages to send, receive, (reply) isn't working), storage that is encrypted all through Lunar Pages.

thank you for replying
