All email goes to spam

Hi,I installed kloxo as my host control panel.And as a package,roundcube is also installed.
I set MX and now Sending email is OK.
However each time when I try to receive email from my own personal email,all go to spam?
What's matter?Where can I change the setting?

Not a roundcube problem. That's the email server doing that. Contact your email provider.
