Cannot receive CC-ed emails

Hi all,

I am having an issue receiving emails that are being CC-ed to me. The interesting thing is that I am able to receive it in my IMAP account in Outlook 2010 but not able to see the same email in my Webmail.

My Outlook has been set up with POP3 and IMAP for my email account, with POP3 leaving the emails in the server till I delete and IMAP keeping all emails offline.

Is anyone able to advise on this phenomenon? I checked with my email host and they are unsure how this happens as well.
