How to create new Roundcube users, or migrate from Squirrelmail?

I'd like to migrate all my users over from Squirrelmail, including their address books. Is there any (semi-)easy way to do this?

If I have to do it manually, I guess I will, but I can't find any docs on creating users in Roundcube. I need to set each user's realname and their email address (since [email protected] is not valid), at the very least.

I could use a virtuser table for their email address, but that won't help me with their realname.
