Frontend issue

Dear, I'm new to roundcube. I installed roundube 1.2.3 on a Debian 9 postfix + dovecot server using apt. Everything works fine except for a strange frontend issue.
Sometime settings windows works fine, eg. If I select Identities, I see the identities list and if I select an identity the settings are opened in the third window.
Sometime the third window is opened as a full window, the first and second windows disappear. In this case more settings doesn't works, eg. Responses and Fillters, I see the windows but when I click on + button nothing happen.

Someone can help me to solve this issue?

For the moment I solved installing the new version manually.
