Getting all info of emails

Hi there,

I have a set up an awards system where people vote and the votes go through individually to an email account. I realise now that this was a stupid way of doing it, but we need to count the votes and at the moment we are manually going in to each email, does anyone know if there is a way to import all the emails in to say an excel sheet so we can search the terms and add the votes up this way?
