Is there a way to mark mail as junk and block the sender in Roundcube?

Tired of all the spam!

Thanks!

Mail filtering needs to be done on the mail server not in RoundCube.

I'm having the same issue and don't know how to do this in the mail server...or where to find the mail server.  Help  :-[

If you don't know what your mail server is you most likely have no direct access to it. Connect your email provider and ask them for support.

Thank you for getting back to me on this.  As far as I know, my email provider is Roundcube.  In settings I did find a section on "Server Settings" but there doesn't seem to be anything about mail filtering.

Roundcube is not your email provider. Roundcube is the name of the webmail software that your email provider is running to give you web based access to your email.

If you use an address something like webmail.someprovider.com then its probably "someprovider" who run your email or if that is your own domain then may be its the people you buy your hosting from?

We went through websitebox.com to get our email. They have no clue and said just keep putting it in the spam folder. My boss is absolutely irate over the amount of spam he gets. OUr email address is @stevejohnstonrealestate.com. We have no clue as to what to do next.

I think spam filtering is quite an important part of any email service so if your provider cant help then it might be best to look for a new one.

I got the same run around from website box. They have told me to contact roundcube. They are absolutely no help.

I agree with JohnDoh, I think its time to move providers. Its not Roundcube responsibility to do email filtering.
