can't start vacation auto reply in v. 0.9.0

I am helping a non-profit organization that uses round cube webmail 0.9.0 -- they want to set up vacation auto reply.  Online support suggests using the Filters tab in Settings, but there is not a Filters tab showing.  I can find a Vacations tabs and compose the vacation e-mail, but I cannot turn it on.

Please advise.

There are several parts to making this work. The first prerequisite is to verify that the IMAP server supports vacation functionality. If it does, you will need to then find out if Roundcube is installed on the same server as the IMAP server or not. How you configure from there will vary depending on the answers to the previous questions.
