v0.1-beta2 - sometimes RC doesn't send attachments

Hi,
I'm using roundcube version v0.1-beta2

This is a very strange problem, sometimes sending attachements, they are not sent, if I send again the same file to the same adress, sometimes the attachment is sent, anyway the error log doesn't show anything.

anyone knows what could be the problem? I'm getting desperate
