cpanel roundcube link missing

Hi
My Samsung Galaxy A3 has allowed me to install roundcube but every time I try to login to my account it tells me cpanel roundcube link missing. I have absolutely no idea what this means, what to do about it, or how to fix it. My web developer says he just set up the roundcube account for me with my web address and has no idea how to install/sync on my phone. Can anyone help please??

What do you mean by "Samsung Galaxy A3 has allowed me to install roundcube" are you talking about access Roundcube though the browser or did you try to install some sort of app?

Roundcube is only a webmail application so you can only use it from the browser on your phone. Any app that is branded as "Roundcube" is not from the Roundcube project and could have security problems and most likely isn't going to work at all or it work very poorly. I'd recommend you use an actual email app on your phone to connect directly to the mail server instead of using Roundcube on your phone.
