Connection Timeout

Hallo Community!
Ich bekomme beim einrichten von Roundcube folgenden Fehler:
Connection failed: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out

In der Installation wurde jedoch alles als OK angezeigt.

Folgendes steht im Errorlog:
