Helllo,

Im using LowVoice (its RoundCube), on webmail.lowvoice.nl. When I email an gmail account, it gets in the normal mailbox of the reciever. But if I send an email to an hotmail adress, it gets in the spambox. Can you help me solve this?

you need to contact lowvoice for support as they run your smtp server and that is most likely where the issue is.

you have to contact the provider to setup your SMTP and then they will see how to set the SPAMFILTER and configure the option that can fits you.
