Anyone know why ruggedinbox.com is working? This site is part of roundcube.net correct?

Roundcube is webmail software that can be downloaded and installed by anyone. I'm guessing that "ruggedinbox.com" had Roundcube setup but they are in no way related to the Roundcube project.
