can't setup RC, getting SMTP and IMAP error

Hi guys,

I have setup RC,newest version on my cubietruck. But I can't finish teh setup, becuase when I'm trying the smtp and imap config. I allways get the error
SMTP send:  NOT OK(Connection failed: Failed to connect socket: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known)
If I'm using the ssl addresses I get the same message: SMTP send:  NOT OK(Connection failed: Failed to connect socket: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known)
or
IMAP connect:  NOT OK(Login failed for web112p1 from 192.168.1.135. Could not connect to ssl://server41.webgo24.de:993: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known)

What is my problem ?
By the way, it needs a lot of time, before I get the error message.

It's not able to resolve hostname of the server to IP address.

OK, after changing the web address to IP it works. Great, thanks.

But why can't rc resolve the web address to IP address ?
