Help! Can't log in to webmail through Roundcube anymore..

Hi
I have my hosting through Heart Internet and they suggested i use Roundcube as my email/webmail based platform, but recently i haven't been able to log in anymore. I have managed to log in through a different platform known as OutItGoes, but i've lost all my address book!
Can anyone help me?

I did! They said it's nothing to do with them and a completely independent platform from them. They said they can't do anything and advised i use OutitGoes instead
