SVN 929: some subjects not displaying correctly

Version: SVN latest (as of today) 929

Whenever I get an e-mail from Cron on any of my servers, it shows up as (no subject) instead of the proper topic. The topic format is supposed to be:

Subject: Cron <root@serverHostname>cron command here
