Folder Management

Is there a way to move emails to personal folders so that they do not consume the mailbox quota?  In outlook, you can move emails to a personal folder.  Can we do this in roundcube?

No, the "personal folder" that your referring to is typically a folder on your computer so moving mail there takes it off the mail server so it doesn't effect your quota. Because Roundcube is just access email directly off of the mail server there is no local folder. If you want to do that, you can use a email client like Thunderbird to move email to your computer.
