not writeable for the webserver

I am running Windows Server 2012 IIS8
I have hMailServer setup. I am setting up Roundcube.  I am on Step3. Test Config and I am hit with this error and can't figure out how to correct it. Can someone please help?

temp/:  NOT OK(not writeable for the webserver)
logs/:  NOT OK(not writeable for the webserver)

you need to set the permission on those folder so the user that your webserver/php runs as can write to them.
