Roundcube only show From column

Hi all
I run into a problem , one of my users can only see from column on roundcube interface , please check the picture below


Any body in this case before ? , any help would be appreciated

What columns are selected? (gear at the left of the Subject header title)

Something went wrong I can't select the columns I want to appear . Everytime I hit the save button checkbox stick disappear .

Are you using a custom or modified theme?

, Yes , but there is only one user run into this problem .

I would bet its something with the theme then, you could try clearing the users preferences in the database to see if that clears the problem.
