import addressbook fails

I have spent hours trying searches for this issue. This forum has posts with same issue but I see no solution. I am using ver. 1.1.0 and I exported my addressbook from old server to new server with roundcube installed. It acts as if its importing but does not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
