Feature request: Email to Activity

Hi all,

I've been using the roundcude for awhile, and love the interface, the ease of use the the product in general.
My daily activities are all around emails.
The biggest feature/option I miss, is converting emails to activities. What I mean in Activity is: an Activity is a list of emails+comments+events(comment+time/date).
For an example, I'm getting an email from Mr. A, and need to give him a call, I need to register this conversation as follow up with the email, and maybe to schedule another event(call, email, note ).
Is something like that can be added to roundcube ? and if not, do you know of other solution that can work with roundcube to support something like that ?

There is a calendar plugin, and a tasklist, maybe one of those would help.

Perhaps hooking your email into something like osTicket.

Sounds like you're wanting a customer relations or customer interactions system. I know there are various products like this that cater to different industries. Might look in that direction.
