Error in Vb.net

I have tried through Vb.Net. But some error occurred.  The error message is "Client does not have permission to sumit mail to this server. The server response was: 4.7.1 :Relay access denied." - I have tried all the port 25,587 & 465 also. Kindly help me in this regard.

I'm not sure what your question has to do with Roundcube but the error you getting typically means your not authenticating with the mail server.
