Roundcube(1.2.3)- Email filters for Subjectwise Sorting

Hi,
Iam using Roundcube 1.2.3
Is there any plugins to filter incoming mails to forward into particular folders based on the subject of the mail. I have gone browsed through the plugin store, but cant identify one  !
The requirement is to forward the mails to a particular folder of the user, by checking the Subject of the mail.

This needs to be done on the mail server. If you manage the mail server you can install a system to do it that will work with a Roundcube plugin.

I have gone through the managesieve! So I need to configure my dovecot in-order to handle the user specific rules.
Its a scenario in which there is about more than  500 roundcube mail users. So its impossible to write rules  for each users in the mailserver , right?

So would the  managesieve plugin in roundcube  will help the  users to create  individual rules by themself if I configure the sieve settings in dovecot?
