Not getting emails

Hello everyone,

I hope you are well (and that you can help me...).

It is the first time that I have created an email using LUNARPAGES. They suggest in their website to access emails through roundcube by using the following link:

https://nu.lunariffic.com:20082/3rdparty/roundcubemail/index.php

So that's what I did. It is all perfect but I am not getting any emails =( Although I am able to send emails. I'm accessing emails on my browser, using a mac computer.

Do you know what is going on? How can I solve this?

My first guess would be a DNS problem, your best bet would be to contact your host and ask them to check on why your not getting emails.
