HTML editor for canned Responses

Hi,

I have searched these forums and other sites but cannot find anyway to embed hyperlinks or html when using the canned Responses - they are only in plain text. Is there any way to allow for more complex canned Responses to be created ? Would using a new skin resolve this limitation?

Any suggestions - pointers to how to do this much appreciated.
