logo signature

Hello, please help

I have copied the url into the identities email signature bit and written some contact info as well, it looks fantastic on the preview,  I hit the save button it says  "successfully saved" but then when I go back to mail to send a new email, the logo doesn't show up only the bit of text I have put. Any ideas of how I can make it work please?

Make sure your composing HTML emails not plain text emails.
