Groups are timing out and not sending

Help. We are new to Roundcube. 3 days exact.  groups are timing out and not sending emails.  Any help or suggestions?  Please1

This sounds more like an SMTP server issue than a Roundcube one to me. If there are no errors in your SMTP server log then try turning on smtp_debug in your rc config and check that log.
