Folder display issue

Hi
The folder character(chinese Big5) set diplay normal on explorer , but appear "&UiqWZHaEkPVO9g-" on console , so it is very inconvinect to move folder which I want .
If I create folder on openwebmail first and subscribe on openwebamil  then both console and explorer are normal , why?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I have no idea what does openwebmail do, but UTF7 encoding is a standard in IMAP protocol. How folders are stored in the filesystem is internal to the IMAP server.
