address book issue

Has anyone the address book issue with Roundcube web mail version 1.2/ IE 11?
Normally, the address book is available. But when I new an email and click on the address book, there is empty.
Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

I also am having difficulty opening up the addresses stored.  Anyone else having this problem?
