Inserting picture onto signature

Hi

I am attempting to insert a company logo into the signature.

I have managed to put the picture into the field but it doesn't appear on emails that have been sent, it shows --- instead?

Make sure your composing html emails instead of plan text emails.

Yes I am doing this? But still no joy?

Also any font changes or colour changes to text don't appear in an email either?
