Hi have followed this guide:

When i try to send 40MB attachment its stalls on "sending email" any suggestions?

Have a look in your roundcube error log and/or your smtp server log. persumably the SMTP server is the issue. That is a really big attachment for an email. I dont think any of the major email providers would accept an email with such an attachment
