Including original message in out of office

Hello

My client uses Roundcube emails and wants an auto responder to basically say they'll be in touch shortly and include the original message below.

I've set up an out of office auto responder and set 'reply above original message'. However on testing the original message isn't added within the automated response.

Is this possible to do? Or is there another way?
