Threading buttons greyed out

Hi folks,

I've just started using Roundcube and my Threads buttons at the bottom of the Messages are greyed out, as the attached image shows. I can't view any threads - I can't see if I've responded to people's emails. I searched the forum but couldn't find any references to this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the threads button would be greyed out if your imap server does not support threads.

btw threads and conversations are not the same thing - threads are all related messages in the same folder (eg all the messages you got which are still in your inbox) while conversations is all related messages accross all folders (so messages you recieved and ones you sent). Roundcube does not support conversations at this time.
