Keeps logging out and very slow

Recently Roundcube has started logging me out so I have to keep on logging back in.  The log in screen has changed and is now black; my first attempt often fails (no data) but works next time. I'd like to stay logged in, as I have done for years. Is this a Roundcube issue or Gridhost? Also Roundcube has become incredibly slow, particularly to load the Inbox. My version is 1.3.4. Any ideas?

it sounds like you are an end user, is that correct? If so then you should contact the people who run your webmail, Gridhost?
