High latency while accessing RoundCube

We are facing high latency in accessing Roundcube, even while logging in. We have no issues with networks and other applications are facing no problems. We have checked config and nothing has been changed recently. Memory usage is under control and no specific errors which we could see have recently popped up. We tried tweaking client-limit and other parameters but with no success. We also checked if the issue was with large inbox emails but it is happening even with test accounts with no emails.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Can you enable imap_debug and post the log when accessing the inbox?
