Problem with hotmail accounts

Hello!
I tried searching your forums how to fix my problem, but can't seem to find it.
Anyway, almost all emails sent from @hotmail.com to my address either go to Junk folder, or most of them don't even come.
I also can't verify my MSN account address because of it.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

What do you use for spam-filtering?

Just plain RoundCube does not have any spam filtering. But it has some plug-ins using software like SpamAssassin to filter messages. An other option is that the mail server already filters the spam and store it in the Junk folder.
