Special characters aren't displayed properly

Hi,

I have a problem with my roundcube webmail. I specified in settings>displaying messages>advanced that character set should be UTF-8 but the special characters are still not properly displayed. My php/html files are set to UTF-8

Message I sent:
Nüüd
Message I receive(in roundcube):
NĆ¼Ć¼d

This problem exist only in roundcube webmail and not in other mails(for example gmail). The reason why I need to use roundcube is because of my client needs.
