Issues with not seeing emails

Hi there.

I'm wondering if someone can help. My partner and myself have recently been steered in the direction of Roundcube for our business emails. We both have the same login details but if either of us sends an email to a customer or company it seems to be saving it on our individual laptops sent folders within Roundcube which means that neither of us can see what emails the other one has sent even though we login with the same email and password. We were with 1&1 before and could see who had sent what. Can someone help please? ThankYou

do you mean you both login to the webmail with the same creds but see different folders? if so then there must be some plugin or something similar at work there. your best bet is probably going to be to contact your email provider since they are the only ones who will know the details of how they have configured their webmail.
