Failed to send message from some accounts

Hi,

I got problems while trying to sent an email from roundcube webmail.I can sent the email from outlook but not from roundcube.checked the error log : it is saying "SMTP Error: SMTP error: No From address has been provided in C:\roundcube-0.1rc1\program\steps\mail\sendmail.inc on line 334"

But the strange thing is with the same settings other users can send emails. (eg: [email protected] can send emails but [email protected] cannot)

It will be much appriciated if you could give some resolution.

does [email protected] have an identiy set up correctly? Ie when you compose you message is your email address in the sender box?
