subfolder not visible on android

Hy, i'm french,
I have a recent problem on my samsung android.
With gmail or Samsung mail, that's same problem.
I don't see the subfolders of my roundcube email.
Before, no problem, i could enter on subfolder and see emails
Now i have just first folder and I don't see surbolder.
I have another email without problem.
I have just problem with roundcube.
I checked on my email box and all folders are marked for synchonisation.

How i can find my subfolders on my samsung ?

Please contact your email provider for support. Roundcube is web based email client that your provider is using not an email service.
