HTML Not Rendered w/ PHP 8

I've executed a few Roundcube deployments successfully with HTML rendering. However, I've just tried deploying Roundcube with PHP8 and I can't seem to enable CURL for this, which is the only thing I can imagine might be affecting the HTML render. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can render plain-text but only plain text. Using GMAIL IMAP/SMTP servers.
