All Skins look like Classic

Hi there!
I have installed Roundcubemail 1.4.6 on my own machine. No matter what I put in my config.inc.php (elastic, larry, classic), the skin is only applied for the login dialog. Once I'm logged in everything reverts back to the classic skin. What could be the problem here?

Have you changed the skin in the preferences section of the settings page?

No, I haven't and that's the problem. Thanks for pointing it out, I've just followed the installation instructions to edit config.inc.php and didn't know there was a preference pane.
