/var/www/html/webmail/temp/: NOT OK but Logs is

Im confused. Ive ran the same commands for both, yet temp is not ok and logs is.

I ran:
chown apache /var/www/html/webmail/temp

chown apache /var/www/html/webmail/logs

and

semanage fcontext -a -t httpd_log_t '/var/www/html/webmail/temp(/.*)?'

semanage fcontext -a -t httpd_log_t '/var/www/html/webmail/logs(/.*)?'

to get past selinux.

No idea why temp is not working.

Any ideas? Im just beginner so be easy on me if theres something obvious I'm missing haha
