Printing question

Hello all, sorry if I sound like a noob. I am very new to Roundcube and am curious as to why some of the email accounts I manage when I try to print their emails from Roundcube the first page is completely blank with just a header that shows who it is from and the subject. but for other email accounts, it puts text on the first page. does anyone have a solution for this by chance as it is probably an easy fix but I'm just not sure where to start with it!

Sounds like this issue https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/issues/7604 which was fixed in 1.4.9.

Thanks for the quick reply John and that does look like the exact issue, this might sound stupid but how can I check the version of Roundcube our host is using, and is there an easy way to update it?
