Different settings per MAILhost!

Hello!

I would like the following feature:
Instead of having different settings for the HTTP-Host, I would like to have different settings based on the IMAP-Host selected at login.
I tried to hack this in myself, but failed
Can anyone implement this or give me a tipp how to do it myself?
