Plugin managesieve and more imap servers

Hello, is there possible how to use managesieve filter with 2 or more imap servers?
We have one main mail server (as imap proxy) and emails are send through it and they are store on 2 imap servers.
On both imap servers is sieve filter.
Managesieve plugin is connecting to localhost or to one defined in managesieve_host. Parametr %h is pointing back to localhost.
