Tasks break out of iframe

I have successfully incorporated RC into my site with seamless login via an iframe.

Looks good so far, however, when I attempt to compose, or set personal settings, address book, it breaks out of the iframe and takes up the entire viewport.

I do see, in source that _framed=1 is set on the url, however using FF live headers I see that the _framed=1 is not being passed.

Any ideas?

I am using RC 0.1.1 release d/l'd from sourceforge.

It's even worse than I thought - when it breaks out of the iframe, no further functionality works - I get stuck on the screen it has gone to...

Anyone else with these problems?
