Forwarding e-mail breaks mailto link

Hi,

I am using a webmail client that uses roundcube.

When I receive an e-mail with a mailto link, the link works well. If I forward the e-mail, some of the content in the mailto link doesnt work anymore.

I am trying to design a mailto function that will work, even in this case. However, I need to understand the root of the issue in order to solve it.

Does anyone know why the mailto function does not work properly, after the e-mail is forwarded, from a webmail client that uses roundcube?
